Autry Technology Center Facility Usage Guidelines
- Smoking or use of tobacco products is prohibited on Autry property. The entire area, buildings, and outside grounds are non-smoking and tobacco free. This includes vehicles parked in Autry’s parking lots.
- It is unlawful for any unauthorized person to possess a firearm on any school property including vehicles parked on campus.
- No food or drink is allowed in any classroom unless prearranged with an Autry Coordinator.
- Emergency Procedures:
- In case of any accident, the receptionist and Coordinator on duty must be notified.
- In case of fire, follow the procedures posted in each classroom.
- In case of tornado, follow the procedures posted in each classroom.
- Inclement weather:
- If Autry is closed due to inclement weather, events will not be held and will need to be rescheduled.
- Dismissal of classes is announced on KOCO-TV, KFOR-TV, KWTV and local radio.
- A decision will be made by 2 p.m. on evening classes.
- Dismissal of day classes does not mean evening classes will be canceled.
- The external event organizer is responsible for the conduct, behavior and location of all members of the group while using Autry facilities.
- Be aware that during the school year, parking is limited. Please plan accordingly.
- All external users assume responsibility and liability for the requested use and agree to defend, indemnify and hold Autry harmless from all loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising from the user’s activities on Autry property.
- External users shall not indicate endorsement of sponsorship by Autry in any verbal or written statement. Autry’s name may only be used to indicate the location of the event.
- All existing furniture or equipment located in rooms or buildings must remain intact. No such furniture or equipment may be removed or displaced from its original location, except by permission of Autry and under supervision of authorized Autry personnel.
